Pros
I get to say I supervise front and back of house at multiple different types of food and beverage establishments on my resume that has enabled me to get a real job (only reason I’m giving 3 stars.)
Cons
-worse hours than a staffing agency, little to no hours really, overstaffed, non-impactful and unnecessary training for all staff, poor training at events, disgusting and non-rewarding lunch break provided
