Pros

Hybrid working and office in the city centre, but no parking available unless you’re a senior manager.

Cons

Unreasonable hours, inflexible management style, egocentric and inexperienced senior leadership team who get most of their strategies from copying other businesses or incorrectly implementing growth hacking principles with very little success. This leads to constantly moving staff into new roles on a whim. The company has an identity crisis and tries to emulate leading Silicon Valley tech companies, but they are a poundland equivalent. A senior manager claims she was instrumental in achieving success at a former company, but is a rotten apple who fills her time in a sycophant/narcissist relationship with the co-founders.

Pros

You get paid on time.

Cons

Filled with fake people that will back stab you. No staff parking. Managers unable to manage people. They will change your contract to suit them. Toxic office environment. Inadequate IT equipment issued. Teams with less workload watch Netflix to kill dead time. Don’t value free thinkers. Lots of dead weight that are on high salaries that do nothing.
