Not for me - Estimator Snapsheet Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your experience at Snapsheet. Snapsheet has seen exponential growth in the number of carriers we work with, and the volume coming from those respective carriers. As we grow, role expectations have changed and we recognize that the position as it exists today may not be exactly what you signed on for a year ago. Although it is disappointing to hear that you did not have a positive experience working for Snapsheet, we do seek to provide all of our estimators with the tools to grow and evolve with the organization. The Performance Improvement process exists to provide clear communication and expectations for anyone who is not currently succeeding in the role.
