Pros

They have very good clients and project. Product based company, got opportunity to interact with client and understand complete SDLC process

Cons

If you are TELUGU...u'll not find any cons...but if u r not then...salary provided will be too less as compared to market. Leaving office on time is crime here..management will not like it...and this will impact on your appraisal...no work life balance...u have to become spoon of management then only u'll get recognition....have no HR policy...here HR herself will wear casuals and will ask you to wear formal..and if u'll not wear then they'll ask you to pay for that...no medical insurance included...they do nothing for their employees...if you are in some critical situation and ask for leave...management will still call you for each and every query...for them just their work is everything... They do not treat their employee as human...

Pros

From a design perspective, my experience at Snapwork Technologies has been very positive. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of products and solve real user and business problems through design. The role has given me ownership over the design process, from understanding requirements and defining flows to creating UI and collaborating with developers during implementation.

Cons

Nothing as such at the moment
