Trending in the Right Direction - Senior Android Developer Snycon Software Solutions Employee Review

I have joined in snycon software Trainee for paid intern, They have Trained me in current projects for 5 months, based on my performance they made me permanent employee and out sourced me to client company, GoDb Tech in Chennai location.I have worked under snycon payroll for 6 months, after that I came under the payroll of GoDB Tech. Snycon has everything I want in an employer: great culture, innovative technology, driven yet friendly colleagues, and an emphasis on servant leadership for managers. My skill set is one that ports to many technology companies, but because of the genuine and supportive environment I get to work in each day, I hope to have the privilege of working here for a very long time. My love for Snycon can be summed up by the company's focus: treat employees well, make great products that provide the highest value to customers, and work in earnest to make each customer interaction positive and memorable. Financial success is only ever a byproduct of these goals, and Snycon has their priorities in the correct order! Great environment to work in, the company's leaders really care about their people. Employee benefits are fantastic and a lot of growth happening. Ultimate Software was an excellent career move! They make the industry seem fun and exciting!!

Payroll and tax business isn't the most appealing

3 years later and I still feel so lucky to work here! My HR (People) leadership team supports me and constantly pushes me to grow. My goals and the goals of my teammates are clear, and we are encouraged to help each other and teach each other along the way. My opportunities feel endless here, there is always something new and exciting to work on around the corner.

The only constant here is change. If you can't roll with the punches and adapt to new processes, leadership, opportunities or whatever it may be, you might not enjoy the environment here. With that said, these changes teach us to be resilient and adaptable - both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace
