If you want to experience a positive work environment and a place with sure-fire room to grow and be a part of something bigger, then this place is for you! They do all they can to give me the tools I need to grow and become better at what I do. This place is serious about fun as much as they are about work, and they balance it out in just the right amount for their employees. The best decision I ever made was to accept a position here! You will always feel heard. They always want your input as an employee. If you're allergic to dogs don't apply. If you're a trouble maker don't apply as they foster and are very serious about keeping this a happy work environment. Healthy and happy employees is what they're interested in. People who love people. Love this place.
Cons
At times it can seem like the leads are nit picky about minor things, but this goes for anywhere. Sometimes a job is posted but the higher ups seem to already have someone in mind they want to give the job to. However you are welcome to go thru the motions of applying , you may get it.
