Pros
Higher starting salary than a lot of firms. Managers are very open, fair, not cut throat, and available to talk to, and they don't have physical individual offices with their door closed all the time, but rather, are right there on the floor and accessible. Annual Bonuses that aren't hard to earn. Fast-growing organization with opportunities to advance, along with new roles opening up in the future, with all of this fast growth, so it's not a dead-end job by any means. Employee stock purchase plan that's very good.
Cons
The technology at SoFi Invest is a little slow, and several systems to get things accomplished. The firm doesn't own its own clearing firm yet, so lots of Apex Clearing policies/procedures to learn, and SoFi doesn't have a company match on their 401k. Other than that, no other cons to speak of.
