2yWe are disappointed to hear your experience at SoFi isn't meeting your expectations. Our Learning & Development team's top priority is defining what manager excellence means at SoFi as we know how important having great managers is in order for us to become a worlds' best culture. Regarding our return to office policy, we truly believe that in-person connection enables stronger collaboration and teamwork. That said, our goal was to create a flexible and thoughtful approach to return-to-office. Employees are able to work with their manager on how to best balance in-office time.
