Nepotism - lots of family connections in senior leadership & the one in particular in the most prominent position genuinely doesn’t seem to understand what it takes to build a business.
No opportunity to make money outside of DACH. Massive targets and tiny tiny average deal size (sub-10k).
Ego across leadership. All sorts of grand pronouncements with little to no substance.
The whole place is a house of straw & now with a major product release that doesn’t work!
