Very Friendly Team & Great Management - Paid Search Lead Soap Media Employee Review

From the very first day of meeting Markerle and Adam to the present day, Soap Media has always backed me and encouraged me throughout my first five years here. This is evident through my progression of Front End Developer to Lead Front End Developer in my tenure. Personal growth and wellbeing is very much encouraged here as well as a culture of "not being left alone" whilst being a remote agency.

Nothing I can think of - that's not to say everything is perfect here, but there's nothing of note that would ever put me off being here working with great people and minds.

There are a lot of positives. The overall culture at the company is very good, they are always trying to do things the right way including being open and transparent. The team are very nice and friendly. The work done by the team is always of high quality and follows best practices. Salaries are also very fair.

Not many, maybe it would be nice to see fellow team members more but they are actively taking action to address this, which is another good thing, even when you do have an issue, you can voice your opinion and it will be listened to.
