      Creative freedom considering I was the only creative on staff…

      Cons

      Unorganized and inconsistent! No clear concept of project management or leadership. The business owner doesn’t even know what’s going on half the time. They would rather overwork you than hire additional resources.

      Pros

      Social Link is a great environment to work in, not just the location, but also the people. Everyone helps each other out and has a positive attitude while working. It's like a family! Not only was I able to receive helpful feedback and information as a designer, I was also able to learn how a marketing agency runs!

      Cons

      Social Link is a smaller agency with many clients, so it can get really busy at times (but also, impressive!)
