      - Enough free time throughout your day - Never join this company if you are looking for some learning out of your job

      Cons

      - Salary is mostly late - No good projects to work on - No knowledge gain at all - Really bad firing culture - Senior Management is missing ethics and professionalism - The management can ask you to work on any things apart from your domain and if don't perform well in that they will fire you - Multiple projects changes or changes of scope - Appraisal at least delayed by 4 months
