Pros

They have a good diversity policy.

Cons

Its a pyramid scheme with no guarnteed income (even if they do advertise £438 per week, its really £0 to start), disguised as some sales graduate scheme. You would be one of those cold callers that harasses the public. No chance to ask questions in the initial *group* zoom call as the CEO just ends it before you can raise red flags for others.

Hi, the positions we advertise are not graduate schemes and we do offer a guaranteed base pay, regardless of performance. Pyramid schemes are illegal and require individuals to pay to join in which they then have to recruit others in order to move up. We do not and have never operated on this model - there is no joining fee and nor do we ask anyone to recruit others into our organisation. Our recruitment source is from candidates applying directly through our adverts when we have roles available. All applicants invited to a first stage zoom appointment with us have the opportunity to ask us questions once the appointment has concluded. I’m sorry to read your review as I believe this is an unfair and untrue representation of our company and recruitment process. However, we have taken on board points raised to ensure even more clarity moving forward.

Pros

There weren’t any. You’re a door-to-door salesman in the 21st century. Great job if you want to guilt old people into giving away money.

Cons

Just a frankly weird company to work for. You arrive at 9 wearing a suit, receive some schpiel about how to be a business minded individual for 15 minutes then you get changed into an outfit provided by whichever company you’re pushing for that day, and you spend the rest of the day knocking on peoples’ doors giving some sales pitch all for a bit of commission. You’re worth more than this job, trust me.

Hi, the positions we advertise offer a guaranteed base pay, regardless of performance. Our roles are not 100% commission based. Pyramid schemes are illegal and require individuals to pay to join in which they then have to recruit others in order to move up. We do not and have never operated on this model - there is no joining fee and nor do we ask them to recruit others into our organisation. Our recruitment source is from candidates applying directly through our adverts when he have roles available. We have never and will never guilt any customer into signing up for something that they do not want to do, and this is something we make very clear during our training process when onboarding new members of the team. I’m sorry to read your review as I believe this is an unfair and untrue representation of our company and recruitment process. However, we have taken on board points raised to ensure even more clarity moving forward.
