Working at Sofico was a great experience. The company has a very supportive culture and provides opportunities to work on global projects with colleagues from Europe, the U.S., and Australia. I appreciated the professional growth, exposure to fleet leasing/finance, and the chance to collaborate with talented teams. Management is approachable, and the company invests in employees’ learning and development.

The global nature of the business means working across different time zones, which can sometimes be challenging. However, it also adds valuable international experience.

Project flexibility, and suitable location

Bad managerial attitude, poor leadership. Vision, people and resources could do with improving too. Biased toxic environment, only inclusive to individuals higher up.
