Pros

Family Owned Business, great starting job. They show they care. Great coworkers and awesome boss.

Cons

Pay isn't correct. Don't average 35k/year like they say. You make 13/hr and a quarterly bonus and one more. that equaled to about 28k a year for me. Don't think many people are making above 35k in inside sales.

Great pay hours vary on route management was great people bob and Paul were good guys that didn't give you problems while out on route or ever as long as you did your job

Some days were very long
