Pros? Sales bonus but hard to meet. Special trips but hard to obtain. Company seats to sporting events. Company lunches on Tuesdays.

Short lunches. High school drama. HR, IS, Purchasing and Marketing can sit in their little offices collecting their salaries doing nothing. HR doors are locked so don’t expect to ever have an open door policy. Below industry pay for whole company. Don’t ask for a raise they’ll just laugh.

Good communication. Good place for gaining experience.

Bad management. Morale is very low.
