Pros

I think what i have seen and experienced in this company you won't come here even there are 100 pros

Cons

There are many .... First of all They don't have the ability to mange 70-80 employees. They don't have any structure to hire or fire someone. They do it as there wish. Typically they hire freshers and keep them for 1 year and fire them because they have to give increment. Basically they replace a mid level position with 2 freshers. Expectation of top management from their employee is unrealistic , unreasonable and childish. They just hire people for getting some project and when they get the project they fire people without any notice. This how they have been running their company. I would not recommend someone to join here for wasting their valuable time

Good place for beginners to gain initial industry experience Some team members are cooperative and supportive.

Toxic Leadership: The top management (CEO,COO) doesn't know how to talk to professionals; the environment is built on fear and ego rather than mutual respect. Brain Drain: The company is losing its best talent rapidly because no one wants to stay in such a suffocating environment. Zero Transparency: Management makes big promises during meetings or appraisals just to keep people working, but they never actually follow through when it's time to pay. HR management feels outdated and unprofessional. Basic administrative tasks are often handled poorly.I can say one of the worst HR There were instances where employees were promised salary increments, but the promised adjustments were not implemented during the review period. Regular overtime pressure is common. System Analyst and few senior employees receive extra benefits and push juniors to work extended hours (often up to 9+ hours per day). There is favoritism toward few senior employees who closely align with management. Junior/mid developers often face planned pressure and unequal treatment. you will face always fake deadline from senior most of the colleagues have also reported delays in receiving their provident fund settlements after leaving the company. If you take leave, you may face extra workload pressure after returning. Personal or family issues are rarely considered with empathy. Because of these issues, many junior, mid-level, and senior developers have already left, and many remaining employees are actively planning to leave.

Pros

Nobody behaves professionally in Soft BD Ltd.

Cons

When an employee becomes eligible for a salary increment after a year, the company lays them off and hires an intern or a junior employee instead.
