We all are working for our self and we are good with our self and well satisfied with the work which we are doing. Then definitely company will also grow. There are many people who joined this company and with in an year they went on client site.

The company is only bad for those people who does not aware about their responsibility. And only expert in making good excuses and working with negativity. I think these kind of people is not good for any company. These kind of people have always job insecurity because they are not confident on them self's.
