Pros

It's a good place to start in the IT field. The colleagues and the managers were nice. Free snacks and soda, pizza some days. You have to clock in and out and the company will pay you for any extra minute that you stay.

Cons

In my case the managers were nice, but seems to be that the previous one, who was fired, was shouting people for everything. I found another job closest to my field a few months after but seems to be that to progress inside the company being a datacenter technician was not so easy.

Pros

Best for people who have no experience to get their foot in the door and learn the basics of what it means to work in the field, promotions are always from within

Cons

Since higher positions are generally promoted from within, it's hard to get in at a level higher than DC Tech 1. They also no longer hire full time employees right away, and switched to a contract-to-hire model. They also are bad at hiring experienced technicians and turn-over rate is insanely high. You won't learn advanced troubleshooting skills or many skills that transfer over - most of the job is troubleshooting private automation that does everything for you.
