Worse company to join - Software Engineer SoftLink Employee Review

Salary shown while recruitment is much high than they actually give in hand. Inhand salary is very less than market standard. Treated like students. No experienced employees. All the employees are only college passout students, as company is not able to afford experienced resource. CEO of company has not future vision for growth of the company.
