First, working at SoftWear Automation is a very unique opportunity for anyone who wants to be in a cross-function team, especially for those who wants to tackle unconventional challenges on verities of robotic and automation platform. We have a very problem-solving culture and thinking out-of-the-box is our way to move forward.

Sometimes you need to be more accountable in multiple platforms than you think and you may realize that you hardly stay focus on your goals. So, you need to constantly update your actionable tasks in order to stay committed to accomplishing your goals on-time.

Laid back work because there is no work to be done. Since no work I was able to get by working only 5 hours a week without management noticing.

The management is untrustworthy. For years claims that potential work contracts are being turned down. Then recently announced bankruptcy. managment had decency to make all workers work for 2 weeks then announce bankruptcy on pay day and not hand out salary. management had a vocabulary learnt from rap music. management had the creativity of a starting engineer and couldn’t innovate this startup, they used to rely on a smart phd for ideas and got by for years. During Covid pay reductions .
