We work hard to listen and care for our staff so they feel SofterWare is a great place to work. By doing this, we know they, in turn, will take care of customers by doing the same. Listening to employees and customers, and exceeding their expectations, is key to our success.
We’re also glad that the cons you were experiencing have been addressed. In order to address concerns, we need staff to be willing to share them. By doing so, together we can make SofterWare the best place to work, and staff can enjoy a long, happy career.
