      Great Team. Everyone is supportive, and there's a strong culture of helping one another. Excellent Work-Life Balance. The company genuinely values personal time. Remote Work Flexibility. The option to work remotely is a huge plus.

      Pros

      Company is young and moving fast. I work in recruiting and I can try new tools and ideas, and many times they really use them. Team is friendly, people help each other. You can see result of your work and it feels good.

      Cons

      Some processes only beginning, sometimes not clear who is responsible or who to ask.
