Pros
Good working environment if you are in the office Colleagues and Management respect family commitments Profitable company (very modest growth though) New leadership seem to "get it" in terms of go to market and customer centricity (got to wait another 6 months to see if words translate to actions though)
Cons
HR and IT are not really aligned with employee success ( they seem to me measured ONLY on keeping costs low). This really does sours ones view of the company the longer one stays at Software AG. No career growth Absolutely no long term prospects if you are in product development
