Pros
My boss was very understanding and helpful. The Ministry had lots of benefits patterning to my welfare. I earned extra money through workshops and was sent for other training.
Cons
The District hospital was in rural areas. Thus access to other activities like attending courses after work was a challenge. Even to start my own small business was difficult because there was not much of activity.
