Pros
During the interview process. I was informed that I could expand my knowledge and grow quickly based on my aptitude and drive to learn. This is accurate. The company gives me many opportunities. Some were more challenging than others. It was nice when I completed those difficult projects that the management team showed everyone my work.
Cons
Sometimes the company's rapid growth and fast- paced environment make it challenging for individuals to keep up with demands of their roles, but if you bring it to attention; they will re-prioritize you have to be able to motivate yourself to do well here.
