      You can share your own expertise and get the ideas from your colleagues. The management at SWP is very creative and professional.

      Cons

      Maybe, some day the company will get a new level of maturity. But I am quite satisfied with the level I see here

      This is a great Company for Contracting position. Sandeep is a very transparent, understanding and honest person. I had no issues with the Payment or Immigration whatsoever. My best wishes are with the Company
