Pros
Strong Value proposition as a company. Motivated and engaging CEO, however the UK Leadership team does not reflect this.
Cons
UK Operations are abysmal, No processes are followed, you are often left to find your own answers and solutions with minimal support from management, double standards with employees - rules do not apply to everyone i.e. Managers work from home but do not allow employees to work from home!? Management do not encourage any motivation.
