Good solid company headed in the right direction - Anonymous employee Softwise Employee Review

This company has some of the best coworkers that I have ever worked with. Fully stocked kitchen, lunch provided by the company on a weekly basis, and flexibility in the work schedule.

The biggest problem that WAS at Softwise was a now former manager who did not fit into the culture well. Legacy code is a bit of a headache, but the future is looking promising

The best thing about Softwise is leaving this company. The owner has a very nice Christmas party.

Management micromanages, is bulling, and lies out right to the employes on many level. Management is not supportive of individual. All the current employees are demoralized only doing the bear minimum. Senior developers have no desire to improve the product. Outdated technology and poor design cause major frustration by customers. QA staff is over whelmed and does not have a chance to d an adequate job of testing to insure product is free of defects.
