Bad training and unqulified training - IT&S Support Analyst Softworks Employee Review

Bad training,they left you in the ocean of information to cope by yourself. They always say anything you need please ask but when you ask the managers,they just used this against you,that you don't know nothing and so on.. in order to kick you out because you are not capable to follow the rhythm.Small company some management staying for years and they create some kinda mafia.Whom to choose and how to work within this close family environment company. Company is private owner,so they trust only to old one and all new comers its just fresh meat which must be tested til they die or survive.Nobody teach you nothing and they leave you with big companies one to one to support their network,server infrastructure..Its crazy.. And blame you immediately if everything goes wrong.But they work and have lots of clients..I don't know how..miracle.They have very complex software product which written bad from developers and have lots of bugs and unresolved issues which staying for months..or even years..
