Pros
Co-workers are team players and we have a pretty good support structure as well. People take their time to answer your questions, and help you to find the answer you’re looking for. We work hard, but also have a good time at it and try to keep the stress level low.
CEO is here every day and has an open-door policy. When I wasn’t feeling my best with my personal life, he asked me how I was doing, and took some time to have a nice talk with me like a family member of mine without any pressures or judgements. CFO and COO are both well experienced in the industry as well, and you get to see them and they’re always willing to answer your questions and help you on your job.
The management team is helpful and available. Training is ongoing and supervisors are always available to answer questions. The company is very accommodative with time off and will extend unpaid leave if needed. You can voice comments freely. Meetings happen once a month for CSRs. This helps all the CSRs to stay on the same page, and it’s also a great opportunity to have some challenging brain storming. I also enjoy the challenge of the occasional projects that come my way.
Cons
I wish there would be tuition reimbursement, I'd love to get my MBA.
