Horrible place to work - Receptionist Soho House & Co Employee Review

The worst place I have worked, a bullying environment, don’t attempt to make you feel welcome, no one lasts more than 3 weeks on the role. Cant be bothered to train people and then are horribly rude on a work chat that they expect you to read 24/7. Management and other staff will use you for their own gain/ to make themselves look better. The pay is bad for a company with that much money.
