None. There is nothing special about this company.

Too much politics going on in the front office. Everybody just cares to do their job and they do not care about anything else. There is no team work in this place, and lots of finger pointing. This is a place where you come to work until you find a better opportunity. I do not recommend this employer to anyone who is looking for long term employment.

Management takes time to reach out to the employees through the quarterly team meetings with staff and top managers representation.

No structured training for new staff, especially on lifting procedures
