Pros

It’s a paycheck. Not much, but it’s a paycheck.

Cons

I work in the office and this is by far the most unethical unorganized company I’ve ever worked for. They prey on the elderly by lying to them and selling cheap overpriced products. The CEO is highly demanding of his employees and cares only about money. Not caring at all about his customers or employees. I can see why there’s a high employee turnaround rate.

Pros

They pay via ACH so I don't need to wait for a check. They are very clear in their communications about jobs and work. They have nice customers who just want quality work done. As long as you are a contractor who is committed to quality and getting the work done, you will do well. They also have given me a steady stream of work.

Cons

I don't like finding my own work on the few weeks a year they don't have work for me.

Pros

Company is helping creat a greener earth. The products they use are of good quality. If you like to create procedures, research and design things from the ground up, this is your place. A lot of freedom, in your department, do to the 80/20 rule. No dress code. CEO lives in another state.

Cons

No direction from CEO but high demands and high expectations. Overloaded with self help tools to be more efficient. A lot of time spent on using the tools “correctly” which didn’t allow time to do actual job duties. While working here for 10 months I️ held 3 positions, the last as Event Manager which I️ had no training and no schooling for. I️ was also offered the Office Manager position when that was vacant, turned it down and found out later the CEO was expecting me to hold this position anyways, along with the Event Manager position. The CEO just cares about bringing in money, not if he has the right person for the job. After I️ left the CEO placed a recently hired salesman into the Events role and that employee quit a week later. During my 10 months I️ saw 3 current employees leave and 4 people hired and then leave or be fired.
