      Very flexible hours, they trust their employees, great team-work experience

      Cons

      High workload asking overtime often. Became blameful culture over time. Becoming slowly more part-time and student based. Inter-derpartmental work outputs are never improving.

      As always, when you are in sales you feel product sometimes is slow to respond or listen.

      The Bad: the managements, they don't seems to know what they are doing. The Ugly: working with old technology.
