Within my department, there's a great sense of teamwork and comradery that allows us to work collaboratively in a very efficient manner. Solar Innovations has a pretty solid team across all its departments, and that's what makes a great workplace culture.

It can be fast paced, but in a way that makes the day go very quickly! The commute to Pine Grove is a bit of a hike for pretty much anyone that doesn't live in the immediate area, but the drive is easy and even scenic at times. Much more pleasant than driving into a big city every day.
