      Employee friendly, benefits, HSA, PTO, SOP focused, daily focus on profit margin and manageable productivity in both sales and install. SIF focuses on partnering with staff to develop daily operation and streamline operations.

      Cons

      No 401k at this time but hopefully in the future.
