Pros

Lets see.....Ummm, I got nothing. Wait, the site supervisors where nice. Mine tried hard to be pleasent.

Cons

They are the biggest group of unorganized people to ever live. The regional management seems to only have had minimal experience in handling such a large responsibility. They don’t know how to communicate with people on ANY level. And the sad part is they don’t realize that the look like a group of monkeys trying to pull out all of the stops once the customer threatens to terminate the contract. I have heard some conversations about them that makes me cringe at the thought of having to be associated with them. The only bright spot has been my supervisor, who has been demoted. She should have walked out the minute that happened instead of trying to smile thru this train wreck. Meanwhile, they promoted me and I ONLY excepted this position as a resume builder. They won’t be around much longer, so I will use them for the supervisor experience like they used us to help them retain a contract.

Cons

Working here was one of the worst experiences of my life. This company does not care about its employees at all. The pay is a joke and hasn’t increased since 2017, while the cost of living keeps going up. Raises are pennies and feel like an insult. Management is toxic, disorganized, and completely out of touch with reality. They constantly pile on extra work that isn’t part of your job and expect you to just deal with it without question. Mandatory overtime is nonstop — every single day, for years — and there’s zero respect for your time or mental health. To make things worse, the company outsources work overseas and holds those workers to much lower standards, leaving U.S. employees to pick up the slack. It’s unfair, exhausting, and demoralizing. If you value your sanity, your time, or your self-respect, stay far away from this place.
