      Pros

      Core business is great. Exposure to Microsoft Events and connections.

      Cons

      No formal process of training. Positions are sold as marketing positions but they are in fact sales. Management is confused as to how to get more clients. Old way is not working.

      Pros

      Great job, great flexibility. I personally liked my role as back end support for our customers migrating to Microsoft 365 and training support. Great work-life balance. Company started out with an office in Parsippany, NJ and we were made fully remote in 2018-2023.

      Cons

      Micro-management at times, not enough clear feedback where things had to be redone a lot of times.
