Everything else. Pay does not come close to meeting the cost of living. Management has no idea what they are doing. KPIs are impossible for most people. Horrible work environment
None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

- high turnover with both management and account managers
- very little support and training
- no meaningful strategy
- disconnected teams and leadership
- impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base
- NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
