It's also a lifetime experience; you'll learn from constant lies, internal politics and betrayals. You can witness first hand what people are ready to do for money. A few months at R3PI make you a stronger person. Feels like being part of real-life versions of The Office, House of Cards and The Muppet Show altogether. Due to the lack of proper organization and efficient collaboration between offices, opportunities to travel between the 3 locations in a desperate attempt to get something done Good ambiance within team members in Zurich. Laughing about the whole situation is what makes people hold on. I've never had so many good laughs during my career.
