Dear Anonymous Thank you for the feedback. Since you mention our principles in your headline, I would like to share all of our principles, in my own words, so others can read and form their own opinion of them. Here they are: 80/20 - This means a couple of things. First and foremost, focus on what is important, or the Pareto Principle. By staying focused, we can accomplish more. I use this one daily. 80/20 is also a language of accountability. At Solera, the leader of a project is designated as the 80 and there can only be one 80 for a project. We also identify 20s to the project, to ensure a better outcome - we don't believe in one person trying to do it all. This common language allows us to clearly communicate and understand our roles. 30/30 - To me, this is about continuous improvement. Its about reducing waste and increasing productivity by 30%. Eliminating waste allows us to be more productive, and re-deploy capital in more accretive ways. This mindset, to me, is just good business. 90/10 - Is about accountability, and accepting 90% accountability for team based goals. But its also about teamwork and fostering an "I got your back" mentality. Ultimately 90/10 is about ensure mission success. I share these principles with everyone I interview. These candidates find them interesting, helpful and well articulated. Many comment that they will use them even if they don't get hired. These principles are the corner stone of what we call the Solera Way. They are what bind us together, and help us deliver results. We are proud of them and would be happy to discuss them further. Regards, Greg von der Linden
