No pay increases except bonuses that are tied to the company profits and you going above and beyond your defined work. Only way to get a raise is if to have a job offer from another company. No backfills in the last 12 months so you're wearing the hats of those who left. Zero comms from upper management about people leaving, you wonder what happened and why the person is no longer there.
