Pros
This company is growing fast! I work closely with the Senior Management and they are amazing at building up their team. They want each person to succeed in their personal role in the company. It is a creative environment, with many opportunities to get involved and have a say in what's going on if you are willing to put in the effort.
Cons
It is a very competitive environment, which isn't a bad thing, but it turns many people away. There are many principles used that some people see as restricting or a burden rather than a way to refine their skills and improve their work/outputs. The people who have complained on here seem to be the ones who struggled with being pushed outside of their comfort zone to become better.
