Working remotely doesn't allow to see everyone in person often.

I have been with Solidus Technical Solutions coming up on 2 years now, and have really appreciated being part of the team. As my employer, Solidus has trusted me to do the work and provide the results on the project I am tasked with, and I appreciate that freedom and trust. I have no trouble contacting anyone on the Solidus management team with questions or guidance on how to do something. I consider myself a low-maintenance type of employee, as I know what I am supposed to do and who to communicate with on the project, and Solidus seems to fit that style of management as well. As an IT professional, which most people reading this review probably are, I feel like I can thrive in this setting. Those looking for a new path or opportunity should consider Solidus if the opportunity presents itself. The things employees are concerned with, such as pay and benefits (because we do need those of course) are top notch. As a smaller company, it just seems easier to communicate and contact people as needed. Plus, when my wife stole my Solidus Yeti mug, they were kind enough to give me a new one. How great is that!!!

I don't really have any issues to speak of.
