      Salary received on time every month .

      Cons

      - Internal Politics between old & new one ,they do not include new people in there team. - Actually I was there for 6 months , doing nothing as they do not allot any kind of work to you. - This is first organisation , where old they will dont allow you to have lunch with them . - It is terifying and horrible experince

      Pros

      The HR process is well-structured and people-centric. A key highlight is that it is completely paperless, with all documentation digitally signed and managed. Very Smoot onboarding and BGV process.

      Cons

      Only the second Saturday is off; the remaining Saturdays are full working days.
