Cons
My experience with SOLO has been very disappointing due to several serious issues. The management is disorganized, and the CEO is often indecisive, which causes confusion and a lack of direction. The leader, Cheong TS are unsupportive and more focused on belittling employees rather than helping them grow. He, in particular, often acts as if he is superior to everyone else, which creates a toxic environment where employees are undervalued.
The company offers little to no benefits, and employees are frequently expected to work overtime without any compensation or acknowledgment. The work culture is further poisoned by the founder's negative attitude, contributing to an overall toxic atmosphere. Instead of fostering a supportive and empowering environment, there is a culture of criticism, unfair expectations, and low morale.
Overall, the lack of support, poor leadership, and toxic behaviors make it an extremely unpleasant place to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a respectful, supportive, or fair workplace.
