If you are in the Corporate Level, your chance of growth is zero. There are only 15 to 20 people that make up the Solstice Corporate Level because they have a "Shared Service" with their Parent Company Safilo USA. There is no way to hop from Solstice to Safilo, which means there is no way to grow or advance. IF YOU ARE A STORE MANAGER, FORGET TRYING TO BECOME A DISTRICT MANAGER. In the history of Solstice, never has a SM been promoted to a DM and stayed there. They only hire DM's from outside. Hence why they are losing Top selling Managers left and right. So get in and make your numbers and get out in order to grow.
