      Pros

      Everyone is given a chance to learn, make mistakes and grow. From interns to upper management. The management is not hovering over you and let you have your freedom The company has a human size. Employees support each other on a daily basis. There is a sense of community. Learning by doing, that's the moto of the company.

      Cons

      If you want to be micromanaged, I'm afraid this is not a company for you. You are to be independent, and proactive to thrive in this environment.

      Lots of potential to grow, learn and think. Very nice colleagues and friendly atmosphere...

      Sometime it gets too challenging, but not in a bad way

      Pros

      None. Trash of a company. Poor organization chaotic disarrayed and dishonest.

      Cons

      Found Solten to deliberately defraud interpreters out of their pay. Worked 9 hours shifts during cop28 and they only want to pay 8 hours under pretense that there was a one hour lunch break. First we worked slave like conditions 9 hours straight in a booth w no lunch breaks no food nothing!!! It was inhumane to say the least. Then even if there is a lunch break we are assigned 9 hours to the booth we get paid 9 hours. Period. Found their attitude to be dishonest n deliberate. Also their employees are vulgar bullies especially a woman by the name of Alexandra, she was nasty. I was bullied into working n they don’t want to pay me. Interpreters beware!
