- hire SEO to write superlative reviews about organization, HR asks to write positive review with kind of bribes (albeit, probably on order from management) - zero management. technical skills only. - asks to do unusual tasks with some unrealistic timeframe - had seen few really hardworking people leaving organization (at times without any knowledge transfer) due to frustration - frequent and random policy changes - they hire first (specially freshers), experiment and if feel like their experiment failed, they don't think to fire/ask to leave - favouritism despite very small organisation - no work life balance for many
